Susan Kreller, 1977 in Plauen geboren, studierte Germanistik und Anglistik und promovierte über deutsche Ãœbersetzungen englischsprachiger Kinderlyrik. Sie lebt mit ihrer Familie in Bielefeld und arbeitet als freie Journalistin und Autorin. Susan Kreller ist Gewinnerin des Kranichsteiner Literaturstipendiums, wurde bereits dreimal für den Deutschen Jugendliteraturpreis nominiert und hat ihn 2015 für ihren Roman »Schneeriese« gewonnen.
