Ken McElroy schreibt sehr verständlich.Im Mittelpunkt steht v.a. die Auswahl und die Bewertung von geeigneten Investionsobjekten.Auch die Akquise dieser Objekte und das Objektmanagement zur Renditeoptimierung sind absolut nachvollziehbar beschrieben.Ein wirklich toller Einstieg, der definitiv Lust auf MEHR macht.Definitiv lesenswert!
Sehr ausführlich und verständlich erklärt. Absolut zu empfehlen! Was fehlt sind Beispiele für Vereinbarungen mit Investoren. Ansonsten ist alles drin von der Objektsuche über Kauf, Unterhaltung und Wertsteigerung bis zum Verkauf.
Wer sich mit Real Estate Investment auseinander setzt, kann sehr viel lernen. Ken ist in meinen Augen ein Profi was das Thema Real Estate anbelangt.
Rich Dad's Buch über die versteckten Profite bei Investments in Immobilien zeigt alle Vor- und Nachteile genau auf. Vor allem sieht man durch die Augen eines Experten und Erfahrenen Immobilienhändlers wie der ganze Ablauf vom Erwerb einer Immobilie vor sich geht. Wenn man die beschriebenen Tipps befolgt, bildet das eine gute Basis.
